Data deletion — Gate Pulse

You can delete your data at any time. Three ways:
  1. In the app — Settings → “Delete my account”. Immediate deletion of your account, posts, images, social connections and access tokens.
  2. From Facebook/Instagram — Remove Gate Pulse from your connected apps (Settings → Business integrations). Meta automatically notifies us and we delete all data obtained from your Meta account. You receive a confirmation code, checkable on this page.
  3. By email — Write to contact@gate-ia.be from the email linked to your account. Processed within 30 days (GDPR art. 17).

What gets deleted

Account and profile, uploaded images, generated posts, social connections and encrypted access tokens, style profiles. Invoicing data is kept only as required by law.
